Dutchmen Sneak By Columbians, 4-3
Cincinnati Dutchmen starter Charlie Cook was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Washington Columbians, 4-3. The last-place Dutchmen now have a win-loss record of 14-43.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Cook hit a curveball from Jimmy Brannan for a run-scoring single. The Dutchmen, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"The crowd was boisterous today," said Cook.
