Lloyd Dehaan, who finished 4th in the IA in wins with 25 in 1885, was the difference-maker. Boston, now 65-72, holds down 6th place in the International Association.
Dehaan earned the win to move to 20-20. In his complete game performance, he allowed 1 run on 2 hits, striking out 2 and walking 2.
