Peterson Goes on Rampage Against Eagles
6 times is the charm -- at least for Joe Peterson.

The Austin Stars second baseman tore up the Houston Eagles to the tune of 6 hits in 7 at-bats at Bayou Field. The offensive onslaught from Peterson powered the 18-1 Stars win.

"Peterson was a tough out," Houston manager said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure."

Joe Peterson flied out in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th, hit a two-run home run off Tommy Jennings in the 8th and singled in the 9th.
