Joseph Harper handcuffed the Houston Eagles at Bayou Field, coming away with a 4-hit, complete game shutout.

"I had everything working for me out there," the Austin Stars right-hander said later. "I used every one of my pitches, hit both sides of the plate really well and felt like I could do whatever I wanted."

With his stuff working, Harper had little trouble with the Eagles and led the Stars to victory, 21-0. He recorded 6 strikeouts and 2 walks in an impressive performance.
