Late Offense Lifts Quebec to 8-7 Victory
The fans at Cartier Grounds witnessed quite a game.

The Quebec Beavers outlasted the Indianapolis Stars, 8-7, in 15 innings. Ben Yates provided some punch at the plate for Quebec. He was 5-7 with 5 singles. With the win, Quebec upped its record to 57-50.

The Beavers got a clutch hit from pinch hitter Henry Macpherson. In the bottom of the 15th, he hit a run-scoring single to center, to win the game for the Beavers.

"That was a good game -- all the way through," said Macpherson.
