Louisville Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
The Louisville Colts defeated the Chicago Cyclones, 6-5, in 15 innings at Derby Grounds. Larry Buckley produced 2 singles and 2 doubles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Ed Lane earned the win to go to 6-0. He allowed 5 runs on 17 hits, with 5 walks and 9 strikeouts in 15 innings of work. The Cyclones, now 27-33, have lost 4 in a row.
