| Jackson Pitches Gem as Clippers Beat Baltimore, 3-0 | Paul Jackson of the Cleveland Clippers was cool and collected on the mound, leading his club to a shutout victory over the Baltimore Bannermen, 3-0.
"He was mixing his pitches real well and keeping his composure on the mound," Cleveland manager said later. "When Paul does that, good things happen."
The right-hander had 1 strikeout, no walks and allowed 1 hit in the win.
