Late Offense Lifts Cincinnati to 7-5 Victory
The Cincinnati Monarchs knocked off the Baltimore Bannermen, 7-5, in International Association action at Queen City Grounds II. Cincinnati pitcher and Attleboro, Massachusetts, native Tom Bell had an outstanding performance. Cincinnati is 36-29 and Baltimore, with the loss, 34-35.

Jonathan Hawkins contributed a productive at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a run-scoring single. His at-bat helped Cincinnati get the win.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Hawkins.
