Starting pitcher Nate Shine pitched well enough to help the Baltimore Bannermen beat the Kansas City Prairie Dogs, 6-5. Baltimore is now 43-40, Kansas City 27-56.

In the bottom of the sixth, Baltimore center fielder Rich Spencer had a productive at-bat. With runners on 1st and 3rd and two out, Spencer stroked a run-scoring single to center. It made the score 6-3, Baltimore. For the game, he went 2-4 with 2 singles.
