Buster Brown's bat has been smoking lately, and it continued today as he went 2-for-4 in his team's 8-4 triumph over the Toronto Provincials at Garrison Common Grounds. The 30-year-old center fielder has now hit safely in 20 consecutive games for the Tigers.
Buster Brown singled in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Fred Brody in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th and walked in the 9th.

Brown is batting at a .348 pace this season, picking up 194 hits in 557 at-bats with 15 home runs, 115 RBIs and 111 runs scored.
