Teller Hit Streak Reaches 36 Games

New York Titans shortstop George Teller was beaming after his team finished beating the Cleveland Bears, 10-8, at Lakefront Grounds. Teller contributed 1 hit to the victory and extended his hitting streak to 36 games.

"Life is good when the hits keep coming like they have in the last few weeks," he said at his postgame press conference. "I hope I can keep it up a little while longer."
George Teller flied out in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, grounded out in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
