St. Joseph River Kings starter Beau McHugh kept the Stockmen cold all day, shutting them out, 3-0. In a fine outing, the 29-year-old hurler allowed 4 hits while striking out 3 and walking 2.
"I'm not quite sure what was different today," McHugh admitted later. "I didn't feel like I was doing anything differently, but the results speak for themselves."
