Jim Scott made an impact in the 8-5 New York win over Cincinnati. Scott, who led the IA in slugging percentage with .568 in 1884, was 3-5 with 2 triples and a double. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. New York now sits at 42-75, while Cincinnati falls to 59-61.
