It was a high-five day for Ernest Bullock, at least for a while.

The San Antonio second baseman got plenty of them from his teammates when he reached the five-hit milestone during today's game against the Fort Worth Drovers, but they were in short supply at the end, as Fort Worth won the game, 14-10. Bullock finished with an impressive 6-for-6 line, but the Vaqueros couldn't hold off the Drovers.

"Ernest was hitting everything," said Vaqueros manager . "It's too bad the other guys couldn't rise to the occasion."

Ernest Bullock singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, hit a two-run triple in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and singled in the 9th.

Bullock is hitting .378 this season with 1 home run, 22 RBIs and 33 runs scored. He has 42 hits in 111 at-bats.
