Federals Knock Off Colts at Capitol Park
A 3-RBI performance from shortstop Marty Stephenson, who is on pace for 56 RBI this season, led the Washington Federals to a win over the Louisville Colts, 11-7. The win gives the Federals a record of 13-26.

Washington second baseman Ted Greene helped the Federals go up, 8-7, in the bottom of the seventh inning. With the game tied, Greene hit a run-scoring single off Louisville pitcher Kip Hereford.

"I was just going up there trying to see good pitches, that was about it," said Stephenson.
