History was made today at Vulcan Grounds -- Stanley Lamb won game #100 to seal his name in the league record books. The Pittsburgh ace downed the Chicago Cyclones 4-2 to gain entrance into the elite 100 Club.

"I was wound up at first. I think I threw too hard," remarked Lamb, "I had to calm down and go out there and pitch... not just throw. I think I got better as the game wore on. I started to think less about 100 wins and more about doing what I had to do."

In his career, Lamb has a record of 100 wins and 80 losses and a 2.36 ERA. He has struck out 1004 in 1649.2 innings.
