Monarchs Absorb 4-3 Loss at Garrison Common Grounds
The Toronto Provincials and Cincinnati Monarchs played an entertaining game for Garrison Common Grounds patrons.

Toronto pitcher Henry Clancy did his part in helping his team beat the Cincinnati Monarchs, 4-3. The right-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. The winning streak has now reached 4 games for Toronto.

The Provincials benefited from a costly error in the bottom of the third. With Doc McGuire at bat and Toronto leading 3-1, the Cincinnati miscue allowed Toronto to plate 1 and take the lead, 4-1.

Clancy attributed the win to his team's "hyper resolve."
