Burns Finds Groove in 4-2 Baltimore Triumph
The Baltimore Cannons racked up a win at Ordnance Grounds, bumping off the Washington Columbians, 4-2. Ken Burns, who started for Baltimore, pitched effectively for his team. With the win, the Cannons sit at 14-10.

The Columbians had little chance against Burns, who overpowered Washington hitters and struck out 13.

"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Baltimore manager .
