The Pittsburgh Vulcans beat the Philadelphia Unions, 10-1. Pittsburgh starter Stanley Lamb pitched a gem. Philadelphia falls to 2-3.
Lamb pitched a complete game for Pittsburgh. The 24-year-old left-hander was charged with 1 run on 5 hits. He struck out 4 during his 129-pitch performance.
