Brahmins Bedevil Cannons, 6-5
Though he had a stellar game, Gary Mix could not prevent his team, the Baltimore Cannons, from losing, 6-5, to the Boston Brahmins. Mix was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. At 24-18, the Brahmins are currently 4th in the National Alliance.

Boston took a 6-5 lead on Jake Noble's 1st double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Noble hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Baltimore pitcher Ken Burns visibly frustrated.

"We're in a little bit of a dry spell," said Baltimore manager .
